Global Account Manager

What is the job?
As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership on a large portfolio of customers. Your job is to be the strategic ‘General’ in all areas of the relationship with the customer, setting a plan to upsell to existing clients, grow the scope to sister companies, grow their usage of Templafy, and finally, ensuring customers are satisfied with the product. Your key KPI’s will be sales, customer health scores, and retention & renewals.

The position is paid, with 37+ flexible hours per week and an attractive incentive structure. Travel is limited – most customer contact will be via online meetings.
