 What is the job?

As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership on a large portfolio of customers. Your job is to be the strategic ‘General’ in all areas of the relationship with the customer, setting a plan to upsell to existing clients, grow the scope to sister companies, grow their usage of Templafy, and finally, ensuring customers are satisfied with the product. Your key KPI’s will be sales, customer health scores, and retention & renewals.

  • You will be empowered to take key decisions on your customer portfolio
  • You will create an account plan for your customers
  • You will discover and execute on your pipeline of upsell opportunities
  • You will coordinate and deploy strategic resources such as Customer Success Managers, Account Based Marketing managers, and implementation partners to your customers
  • You will create an industry specific knowledge base across your customers in terms of use cases, rollouts, messaging and usage to be shared with marketing and sales. 

Requirements / the ideal candidate

  • Outstanding B2B sales experience and skills
  • Proven track record of selling to large enterprises (experience within SaaS is not required, but is beneficial)
  • Understand different stakeholders in B2B buying process - ability to talk business with C-level individuals on the customer side.
  • Ability to think long term and set a strategy
  • Experience of working with data to uncover opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is expected – other languages a plus

The position is paid, with 37+ flexible hours per week and an attractive incentive structure. Travel is limited – most customer contact will be via online meetings.
