The job role itself entails:
• Leading and supporting team members in being motivated by:
• Being present, yet not a problem solver
• Making positive and coaching enquiries on calls that happened
• Performing bi-weekly 1 hour 1:1s with the focus of deciphering 1 or 2 calls chosen by you or the BDR
• Striving to understand others before you make them understand you
• When time allows – book some meetings
• Aim to outperform the competing teams and consistently grow both the quantity as well as quality of the meetings
• Assist the Global Head of Business Development in sourcing and hiring new team members
• Assist the Global Head of Business Development in BDR activities/celebrations etc.
Your profile would optimally look something like this:
• Outgoing, Energetic, and has a natural authority
• Good in asking questions and pushing your audience to solve problems themselves instead of solving it for them
• Has been booking meetings him/herself before this role
• Has some leadership and recruiting experience
