Who are we looking for?

To support our high ambitions, we are looking for a System Administrator to ensure our sales systems and processes are optimized and scalable as we continue to grow our headcount and offices worldwide. The role is part of the Sales Operations Team, currently based partly in Copenhagen and New York. Sales Ops is laser-focused on scalability, measurability and smooth workflows across the entire sales process from Lead Generation and Marketing, across Business Development and Sales to Customer Success & Delivery.

As Templafy’s Sales Ops Administrator, you will be in charge of building and developing the sales tool architecture and implementing the processes which the entire commercial side of the business relies on. It's important that you are good at documenting your work and ensuring that implemented changes don't cause errors in other parts of the system.

First and foremost, we are looking for a person who enjoys collaborating, finding and implementing solutions to new problems, and is able to take responsibility for the technical side of improving the commercial systems we use daily – in particular Salesforce. 

Responsibilities:

Ongoing improvement of commercial systems and processes

  • Effectiveness: Access to the right information at the right time
  • User-friendliness: Simple workflows and layouts that get the job done
  • Accuracy of data: The backbone of commercial decisions

Technical evaluation and configuration of new commercial systems

Integration of systems across departments - when it comes to data and processes, we strive to have a single source of truth

The ideal candidate:

  • Non-negotiable: Substantial experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Ideally capable of programming in APEX
  • Experience working in a B2B organization
  • Concise communicator – quick to get to the point
  • Humble and with high integrity – will take responsibility for tasks but isn’t afraid to ask for help
  • Good at prioritizing between tasks – there is always more to do, so it’s important to evaluate expected effort vs. impact
  • International mindset - at the last count we had 30 different nationalities, so an international mindset and fluent English are essential.
